Let’s talk about the 5 bad habits that destroy artists’ careers. If you consider yourself an artist of any kind, you might have done at least one of these bad habits without even noticing. The key to conquering them is awareness and having confidence in your craft! It’s often easy for an artist to get caught up in what others are doing.
Not to mention trying to become a successful artist – trust me, I know it’s a challenge! If you want to find clarity when you create art and plan your art career, follow these simple rules:
1. Don’t compare yourself to other artists
2. Don’t shelter your work from the public
3. Don’t wait for someone to give you a “big break”
4. Don’t focus only on learning about art
5. Don’t avoid setting goals
If you can truly avoid doing these things, you will become a lot more confident in developing your art career and you’ll attract people who will support everything you do. Check out the video where I talk about each habit in more detail.
